The student council of Hekiyou Gakuen is chosen past popular vote, and then of form all the members are cute girls. All except Ken Sugisaki, that is. Ken managed to get a place past being the tiptop scoring pupil in his year, which granted him an automatic place. It wasn’t an slowly feat, equally Ken is not exactly volume-smart, just he studied hard in addition to improved his grade only to get a role of the exclusive pupil council.
